We are open and operating as normal. Please let us know if you need to reschedule. We understand there are a lot of individuals who are out of power or cleaning up after hurricane damage and may not be able to arrive as scheduled to their appointments. Please keep us informed.
As individuals contact us to make alterations to the schedule, please be patient with us. We expect a higher than normal call and text volume and we may not be able to get to all calls right away. Please leave us messages when possible. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please be careful on the roadways if you are making your way towards us. There is still debris on the roads and high water in some areas. If you are unable to arrive safely, please call or text and we can reschedule your appointment.
For all pets needing appointments, please be aware that after disasters we do see an increase in numbers of pets with injuries or illnesses that could not be addressed earlier due to the storm or the recent holiday. We will do our best to meet the needs of everyone, however, we do expect delays as we tend to the needs of each pet individually. We ask that non-urgent matters be scheduled later in the week so we can address more immediate needs sooner.

We will be closed July 8, 2024, but plan to resume our normal business hours on July 9, 2024.
Hurricane Beryl has arrived and lead to some flooded roadways in the area of Katy Pet Wellness Solutions. There are many downed branches and trees. Nearby drainage ditches are at the tops of their banks and spilling into the roads in areas. Many nearby homes and businesses are without power.
Because our staff is not on-site, we are not able to monitor our messages but are sending out updates where we can. Our website remains the best place to stay up to date as new information becomes available.
