News and Updates

COVID Updates:

  • We are OPEN and operating with adjusted hours.

    • Our doors are now open for the public to come in with their pets. Curb-side will still be available to those who still prefer not to come in.

    • For Curb-side appointments: Please call or text 281-574-4985 with the name of your pet, the make/model of your vehicle, and the best phone number to call with estimates and updates. You must wait for your pet in your vehicle unless told otherwise by a veterinary technician or the doctor. If you leave you must pick up your pet within an hour of when you are notified that your pet is ready to go otherwise you will be charged a nursing care fee of $25.

  • We are experiencing a higher than normal call volume. If you are unable to reach us during regular business hours, please leave a message or send us a text message at 281-574-4985.

Appointment Notes:

  • Please wash your hand before coming and bring hand sanitizer with you.

  • Please fill out our NEW CLIENT FORM for all new pets and clients and submit it to us before your visit. Please email records to [email protected].

  • Please fill out our DROP OFF FORM and submit it to us before your scheduled procedure or appointment for any patients scheduled for surgery or drop-off care.

  • Please have your card ready for payment over the phone (if opting for curb-side service). We do not keep numbers on file.

  • Please stay home if you have had any recent travel, exposure to upper respiratory infections, or are ill with an upper respiratory infection. Please inform us if you or your pet have been exposed to individuals that have tested positive for COVID-19.

Thank you for your patience as we all manage during this difficult time.

Medication Returns

  • At this time, we are unable to take any returns or credits for medications.

  • Food reimbursements will still be honored by the food manufacturers. Please call for details.

Telemedicine

The state of Texas has approved telemedicine for licensed veterinarians. Telemedicine is not available for new patients.

  • Telemedicine will incur a consultation fee and cannot account for diagnostic testing where the pet would need to be seen.
  • Depending on the condition/illness, pets may still need to be evaluated in person even after a telemedicine consultation.
  • Medications prescribed through telemedicine consultations will be available for pick up from us or shipped to your home from our online pharmacy. If you choose to use an alternate pharmacy, the annual prescription fee will apply.
