Returns and Refunds

The following outlines our return/refund protocols. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

No refunds will be given for the following items:

  • Services rendered
  • Dispensed medications, even if unused
  • Individual doses of heartworm and flea prevention that come from a larger box, even if unopened
  • Special order medications/products
  • Free or promotional items
  • Items not originally purchased from us

Partial refunds may be available on the following items (minus a restocking fee)*

  • Unused/unopened medications sold in complete packaging where packaging and tamper seals remain intact
  • Clean, undamaged, unused e-collars (cone)
  • Pre-paid medications (other than special order products) not picked up within 7 days of notification of availability

*Items eligible for a partial refund must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase and must not be less than 6 months away from their expiration date. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for each item returned to stock. Refunds will not exceed the price paid for any given item.

The following items are eligible for a full refund

  • Hill's Prescription Diet products
  • Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets products
  • Vetoquinol products

All refunds must be approved by management and may take up to 2 business days. Refunds are applied to pet owner accounts as a credit. Please notify us if you need your refund returned via the original form of payment.
